All products are made in a smoke free, one-dog home. All fabrics are prewashed using a small amount of Crunchy Clean cloth diaper friendly detergent.
Payment is expected within 3 days of order. Paypal, postal money orders, personal checks (with 3-5 days to clear) are accepted. We will not ship the diaper until payment is received. If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible and a refund will be issued ONLY IF materials have not been purchased or work not yet started. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials are purchased, or item is completed.
All stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Many items are not stock and may take up to two weeks to ship, depending on traffic and time of year. Spring and Summer holidays (St. Patrick's, Easter, Patriotic holidays) are the busiest times, so please order in advance if possible to ensure your order gets out in time.
Items are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. Insurance is included up to $50 for Priority shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance on First class shipping or want additional insurance over $50, please contact us. Insurance will cover you in case of lost / damaged items. In the case of a lost, damage, stolen, or any other issue with an uninsured package, or packages marked as delivered, EOTT would not be able to replace your order. Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you. Shipping overages over $.75 will be refunded.

Easy On The Tush offers a 60 day warranty on all items; if a malfunction occurs due to normal wear and tear we will repair the item at no cost to the customer. It is at the discretion of EOTT if the items malfunctions are due to misuse. If it is deemed that is the case, a repair fee will be charged.
All items can be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 15 days of the original shipping date. The item must be returned to Easy on the Tush in NEW condition (i.e. UNUSED and UNWASHED).
Any inherent item defect will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product. Please contact us and we will send a shipping label and instructions on returning the item (shipping will be covered within the contiguous United States).
EOTT does not cover normal wear and tear. We do our best to source quality fabrics but cannot guarantee said fabrics won’t fade or pill over time. We do not cover this normal fading of and change in most fabrics. Washing your product any other way than what is recommended voids this warranty.
The following (not exhaustive) will NOT be considered defective: faded colors, holes created by fastening devices (pins, snaps, etc), damage due to improper washing or care, or stains.
